- Sit comfortably in a chair.
- Wear the cuff around your arm above the elbow and below the shoulder.
- Position the stethoscope on the cuff.
- Inflate the cuff.
- Observe and listen for any sounds.
- Read the reading off the mercurial scale.
- Repeat on the other arm if needed.

Store at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
